The hills are alive

Our Bereavement Group (the BGs) always enjoys the productions put on by TWODS - Tunbridge Wells Operatic & Dramatic Society - and, on the afternoon of Wednesday 29 October, a group went along to The Assembly Hall to see The Sound of Music.

It was an absolutely excellent production - with amazing performances from everyone, with a special mention to all the von Trapp children, Captain von Trapp, the Mother Superior and, of course, Maria and all the nuns!

It was wonderful to be transported to the Austrian mountains on a wet October afternoon when there were mostly definitely 'raindrops on roses'. And, yes, the hills were 'alive with the sound of music'.
