What is SAIF Care?
SAIF Care is a bereavement service available to people around the UK through funeral directors who are members of the National Society of Allied and Independent Funeral Directors (SAIF). It’s a way to access support in a difficult time, and it provides confidential access to professional bereavement counsellors who can help you process your grief.

As an independent funeral director, Tester & Jones is proud to have been one of the first funeral directors to sign up with SAIF Care. Alongside our bereavement support group, it’s another way to provide support to our clients as they navigate their way through grief.

Grief can be very isolating, leaving you feeling alone at a time when you need support more than ever. Support from people who understand this can go a long way to helping you through the worst of it. The professional bereavement counsellors available through SAIF Care offer that.

As a member of the trade association, SAIF Care allows us to provide our clients with exclusive access to a free bereavement care helpline and an online chat service, both of which are staffed by trained bereavement specialists.
