Stephen recently attended the SAIF Education Day 2018 at the Leicester Tigers Stadium and found the day extremely useful, as well as being a good opportunity to exchange views and experiences with fellow SAIF members from across the UK.
This annual event brings together funeral professionals and specialists, allowing SAIF members - such as Tester & Jones - to keep up to date with issues and gain ideas for best practice for their own funeral business.
Speakers included Ann Chalmers from the charity Child Bereavement UK who spoke about 'Addressing child funerals from the funeral director's perspective' and James Daley from Fairer Funerals, who discussed 'Issues and concerns around funeral plans and consumer protection'.
