Members of our Bereavement Group (the BGs) have recently returned from a few days together in France. Their trip included a visit to the city of Rouen, a wander round Monet's garden, a trip to a cider distillery and, on the way back, a visit to the Palais Bénédictine in Normandy.
The idea of travelling after a loved one has died can seem very hard but being able to go on holiday along with other BGs can make it easier, offering companionship and friendship.
Now, they are already looking forward to their next trip.

Travelling together is a beautiful experience that strengthens relationships and creates unforgettable memories. Sharing new destinations, cultures, and adventures allows people to bond, communicate better, and support each other through every journey. Whether it’s a short road trip or an international adventure, travelling together brings laughter, learning, and personal growth. It also inspires creativity, as shared experiences often turn into meaningful souvenirs and keepsakes. Many travel groups even celebrate their journeys with affordable custom Patches, turning special moments into lasting symbols. These small details help preserve memories while reflecting teamwork, unity, and the joy of exploring the world together.
