Travelling together

Members of our Bereavement Group (the BGs) have recently returned from a few days together in France. Their trip included a visit to the city of Rouen, a wander round Monet's garden, a trip to a cider distillery and, on the way back, a visit to the Palais Bénédictine in Normandy.

The idea of travelling after a loved one has died can seem very hard but being able to go on holiday along with other BGs can make it easier, offering companionship and friendship.

Now, they are already looking forward to their next trip.

Because there's no pressure to race or Drift Hunters complete laps, each run is a personal challenge. You're not fighting a clock — you're mastering flow.
