Congratulations to our colleague Jo Walsh for passing the ‘health and safety’ module of her Funeral Practitioner Certificate from the Independent Funeral Directors (IFD) College. She was recently presented with her certificate by Chris Parker, Chairman and Director of Curriculum Development at the IFD College.
Jo is currently studying to pass the various units which make up the Funeral Practitioner Certificate, which also includes skills such as taking first calls, in addition to the conduct expected of those employed within the funeral sector.
As a firm, we are committed to training and development for the future of our industry and, as well as supporting our own staff, Stephen is currently an assessor for the IFD College.
