As an active member of SAIF, the organisation for independent funeral directors, Stephen Tester was very interested to attend the first SAIF Funeral Education Session in Scotland this weekend. The event was hosted by James Morris, the Scottish President and was a chance to meet and exchange thoughts and ideas with colleagues.
Topics covered included the SAIF Quality Assurance and Business Improvement Programme, mental health in the profession, regulation and digital marketing for funeral directors.
